$250 Non-refundable deposit required to book your reservation.
Balance of the rental due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy - No refunds within 45 days of arrival, only credit towards a future booking, minus the $250 reservation deposit.
Security deposit required upon check-in.
Above rates are taxed at 13%.
Cleaning charges of $150 if stay is less than 7 nights.
