  • Balance of the rental due 45 days prior to arrival date.
  • Cancellation policy - No refunds within 45 days of arrival, only credit towards a future booking, minus the $200 reservation deposit.

  • Above rates are taxed at 13%.  
  • Cleaning charges of $65 if stay is less than 7 nights.  
  • Unfortunately, we don't allow pets.
